Nebraskans Advisory Group has requested Kathie Osterman, Administrator of Nebraska Health & Human Services Dept. turn over the 1000+ Illegal Alien pregnant women's names and address to U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement.

In addition to opening a complaint file with ICE, Nebraskans Advisory Group has also requested Nebraska State Auditor, Mike Foley, launch two investigations into the possible waste, abuse, mismanagement and fraud of Nebraska taxpayer money. One investigation of NE Health & Human Services for providing Illegal Alien pregnant women with state funded medicaid and a second investigation of LB239 which allows in-state tuition for Illegal Aliens.

"Both of these issues are in violation of Federal Laws which seem to fall into the category of waste, abuse, mismangement and fraud of taxpayer money." said Susan Smith. "It is disturbing that Nebraska citizens have to go to such extremes to ensure our lawmakers and administrators follow the laws and uphold their fiduciary responsibility ."
